4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 4.1 Disco Daddy Songs, Inc., reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered. 4.2 Participants may request to cancel or reschedule their enrollment according to the policies communicated during the registration process.

5. Access to Classes: 5.1 Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive information on accessing services. 5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment and internet connectivity to participate in the classes.

6. Conduct and Participation: 6.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the live instructional classes. 6.2 Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without providing a refund.

7. Intellectual Property: 7.1 All materials provided during the live instructional classes, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and videos, are the intellectual property of Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. 7.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without explicit permission from Disco Daddy Songs, Inc.

8. Privacy Policy: 8.1Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. will collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 8.2 By signing up for services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
