1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or purchasing any live instructional classes, events, experiences, workshops, services, or digital offerings provided by Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. dba, Drew Lawrence Music, and by submitting payment via credit card or other accepted payment methods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Disco Daddy Songs, Inc.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with registration or payment.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 To register for any services, classes, or events offered by Disco Daddy Songs, Inc., you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate.
3. Fees, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy
3.1 Fees for services, classes, and events are clearly stated at the time of registration. You agree to pay the full amount for the selected offering.
3.2 All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Refund policies, if any, will be clearly communicated prior to registration and may vary by service or offering.
4. Events, Live Experiences, and Registration Protection
4.1 Event Registration Policy
All registrations for live events, in-person experiences, workshops, intensives, add-on days, guest passes, and similar offerings are final sale. Due to advance planning, venue commitments, staffing, and production costs, event registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
4.2 Optional Registration Protection
To provide participants with added peace of mind, Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. offers optional Registration Protection through a third-party provider, Vertical Insure. This coverage is entirely optional and is not required to participate in any event.
Registration Protection is designed to help safeguard your registration investment in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending a non-refundable event. Covered circumstances may include illness, injury, or other unexpected events. Participants are responsible for reviewing the policy issued by Vertical Insure for a complete list of covered perils, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures.
4.3 Coverage Selection
If you elect to purchase Registration Protection, you will be directed to complete a “Get a Quote” form through Vertical Insure. You may choose to insure:

All Registration Protection coverage terms, claims, reimbursements, and determinations are handled solely by Vertical Insure. Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. does not administer insurance coverage, process claims, or make coverage determinations and is not responsible for claim outcomes.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Disco Daddy Songs, Inc.
Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any class, event, or experience due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and alternative arrangements may be offered at the sole discretion of Disco Daddy Songs, Inc.
6. Access to Services
6.1 Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive instructions for accessing the purchased service, class, or event.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connectivity required to participate.
7. Conduct and Participation
7.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
7.2 Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or interferes with the experience of others, without refund or compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials provided, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, documents, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of Disco Daddy Songs, Inc.
8.2 Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Media Release and Use of Likeness
9.1 By participating in any class, event, or experience hosted by Disco Daddy Songs, Inc., you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and appearance to be captured in photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings.
9.2 Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. may use such recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, email communications, advertisements, and future marketing materials, without compensation.
9.3 If you do not wish for your image, likeness, or recordings to be used, you must notify Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. in writing prior to the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests; however, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed in group settings.
10. Privacy
Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering for services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described therein.
11. Modification of Terms
Disco Daddy Songs, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in services or events following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
